What size should I buy?

Our swimwear designs are available in sizes XS-XXL. If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you need personal help, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Visa, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Google pay and more. You can also buy now and pay later with Laybuy and Clearpay.

Do you create custom / bespoke swimwear?

We do occasionally create one-off swimwear designs, depending on how busy we are in the BD studio. Please contact us with your design requirements and we will get in touch with you to discuss further

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Do you have any discount codes?

We often share new and exciting promotions and discount codes to our email subscribers and Instagram followers.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

COVID19: On rare occasions there are delays with postal services around the UK and Internationally. This may delay the timeframe of your package being delivered. We ask for patience during this time as these delays are completely out of our control. If you are experiencing any delays, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your package as quickly as possible.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns and exchanges.

All orders will be dispatched from our UK based studio. A signature will be required upon delivery, therefore please ensure somebody will be available at your delivery address to sign for your package.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

Courier: APC Overnight.
Delivered 1 working day following dispatch.

Ireland / Northern Ireland
Courier: Royal Mail.
Delivered 3-5 working days following dispatch.

International / Worldwide

When will my order be dispatched?

Handmade Swimwear
Orders will be sewn and dispatched within 5-10 working days.

Pre-Made Swimwear
Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day.

Will there be any international customs charges?

Customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders. Orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

How can I track my delivery?

To track the delivery of your order, you will need to enter the tracking number which can be found on your order dispatch email which would have been sent to you from the following email address:

Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

Handmade Swimwear Returns

As our handmade swimwear designs are specially made to order, regrettably we cannot accept refunds or cancellations. We do however accept exchanges if the bikini you have ordered is too big or small. Exchanges are to be returned within 14 days from delivery and will only be accepted with tags still attached and in new, unworn condition. Please contact us to discuss your exchange requirements.

Please ensure you are 100% happy with your choices and selections before placing your order. If you are supplying measurements with your order, please ensure you are submitting the correct measurements and have followed our measuring instructions correctly.

Pre-Made Swimwear Returns

We accept unworn swimwear from our pre-made Colour Duo collection in new condition with tags and liners still attached within 14 days from delivery for a full refund (excluding original delivery fee).

We cannot currently offer exchanges on our pre-made bikinis. If you need a different size or style, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Please take extra care when trying on swimwear as any items with damage such as makeup, deodorant or general wear will be refused refund and your order will be sent back to you. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

Customers are liable for the cost of returning items and it is advised that a tracked service is used. Returns must be posted back to the following address: Bakini Deluxe Returns, 7 Mount Echo Avenue, London, E4 7JX. Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition, have been tampered with or are damaged in any way.

Post Order and Aftercare

How do I wash and care for my swimwear?

To ensure your bikini remains vibrant and in good shape, we recommend a cool hand wash without detergent. Do not scrub and do not soak, handle with care. Lay flat to dry.

How should I store my swimwear?

We send all of our designs in breathable, re-usable bags and we recommend keeping your swimwear stored away flat in this bag. Do not hang or clip.
