REFUND POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER / HANDMADE REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
As our handmade swimwear designs are specially made to order, regrettably we cannot accept any returns, refunds or cancellations.
Please ensure you are 100% happy with your choices and selections before placing your order.
If you are supplying measurements with your order, please ensure you are submitting the correct measurements and have followed our measuring instructions correctly.
 
COLOUR DUO COLLECTION REFUNDS
We accept unworn swimwear purchased from bakinideluxe.com in new condition with tags and liners still attached within 14 days from purchase for UK orders and 30 days from purchase for International orders a full refund (excluding original delivery fee).

Please take extra care when trying on swimwear as any items with damage such as makeup, deodorant or general wear will be refused refund and your order will be sent back to you. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

Customers are liable for the cost of returning items and it is advised that a tracked service is used. Returns must be posted back to the following address: Bakini Deluxe Returns, Crate 18, 15 Oakwood Hill Industrial Estate, Loughton, Essex, IG10 3FU.

Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition, have been tampered with or are damaged in any way.

Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

COLOUR DUO COLLECTION EXCHANGES 
We cannot currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
